- Enforcement Orders – The following additional Enforcement Orders require signing from the Commission:

- Letter to ZBA concerning Emeritus – See letter in file.
- Walking Trail – The DPW director has requested that we allow DPW staff to remove some invasive vegetation from the impoundment area. These include Black Alder, Buckthorn and Barberry (Alnus glutinosa, Frangula and Berberis vulgaris).
- 847 West Central Street – sale of this property has fallen through. The buyer stated that he was unable to come to an agreement for snow removal with the applicant.
